Términos y condiciones de ¡Málaga mola! Summit 2025
Al reservar la experiencia ¡Málaga mola! Summit 2025 usted reconoce haber leído, entendido y aceptado todo el contenido de este documento:
1. PLAN DE ACTIVIDADES: la planificación de la experiencia ¡Málaga mola! Summit 2025 se detalla en el PDF Plan de actividades. Todo aquello no reflejado en dicho documento no estará incluido en la experiencia ¡Málaga mola! Summit 2025.
2. MÉTODOS DE PAGO: el pago se realizará mediante:
• Transferencia bancaria, o
• Tarjeta de pago/crédito.
En el caso de transferencia bancaria, tras haber realizado la compra del servicio, recibirá los datos de la cuenta bancaria en un correo electrónico.
3. FORMA DE PAGO: el importe se abonará en:
• Un solo pago del 100% del importe del servicio o
• Dos pagos del 50% del importe del servicio cada uno. El segundo pago se deberá realizar antes del día 15 de mayo de 2025. Por parte de ‘Español con Carmen’ se enviará durante el mes de abril e-mail recordatorio de pago.
4. RESERVA DE PLAZA: la reserva de plaza quedará garantizada tras:
• El pago total del importe de esta experiencia, o
• El primer pago parcial, siempre y cuando se realice el segundo pago parcial antes del 15 de mayo de 2025. Pasada esta fecha sin haber procedido al abono del segundo pago parcial se perderá la garantía de la reserva de plaza.
5. REEMBOLSO: tras el pago de la reserva la política de reembolso será la siguiente:
• Durante los primeros 14 días: se devolverá la totalidad de la cantidad entregada.
• Hasta el 30 de mayo de 2025: se devolverá el 50% de la cantidad entregada.
• A partir del 1 de junio de 2025, no procederá devolución alguna.
En el caso hipotético de que la experiencia ¡Málaga mola! Summit 2025 tuviera que ser suspendida, ‘Español con Carmen’ procederá al reembolso de la totalidad de las cantidades entregadas en concepto de reserva de plaza.
6. ASISTENTES AL VIAJE: A esta experiencia solo tienen acceso los estudiantes de ‘Español con Carmen’ y un acompañante.
7. RESERVA DE DERECHOS: ‘Español con Carmen’ se reserva el derecho de rechazar una reserva por cualquier motivo. En caso de que esta situación se produjera, ‘Español con Carmen’ procederá a la devolución de la totalidad del dinero abonado por el participante.
8. RESPONSABILIDADES: ‘Español con Carmen’ no se responsabiliza de ningún tipo de pérdida, robo, lesión o daño, material o físico, enfermedad o muerte, que durante la experiencia ¡Málaga mola! Summit 2025 pudiera sufrir alguno de los participantes. A tal fin, cada participante será responsable de contratar su propio seguro médico y de viaje que contemple estas posibles contingencias.
Cada participante es responsable de su adecuado estado físico, debiendo ser el adecuado para participar en las actividades previstas en el Plan de actividades.
9. DOCUMENTACIÓN LEGAL: cada participante será responsable de portar toda la documentación legal en vigor necesaria para viajar a Málaga (España).
10. REGISTRO AUDIOVISUAL: con fines promocionales, ‘Español con Carmen’ podrá tomar fotos y grabar vídeos durante las actividades recogidas en el documento Plan de actividades.
11. CONVIVENCIA: el participante se compromete a cumplir la ley local, así como a respetar las costumbres y tradiciones del lugar. Igualmente, se compromete a respetar al resto de participantes y miembros de ‘Español con Carmen’, en aras de una correcta convivencia.
12. MODIFICACIONES: la planificación de la experiencia ¡Málaga mola! Summit 2025 se detalla en el documento Plan de actividades que se entrega al participante. No obstante, en caso de condiciones meteorológicas adversas u otras causas de fuerza mayor, ‘Español con Carmen’ se reserva el derecho de hacer los cambios pertinentes, pero siempre velará por mantener la calidad de la experiencia ¡Málaga mola! Summit 2025.

Terms and Conditions of Málaga mola! Summit 2025
By booking the Málaga mola! Summit 2025 experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all the contents of this document:
1. ACTIVITY PLAN: the planning of the Málaga mola! Summit 2025 experience is detailed in the pdf PDF Plan de actividades. Anything not reflected in this document will not be included in the Málaga mola! Summit 2025 experience.
2. METHODS OF PAYMENT: Payment will be made through:
• Bank transfer or
• Payment/credit card.
In the case of bank transfer, after the purchase of the service, you will receive the bank account details by email.
3. PAYMENT MODE: the amount will be paid in:
• A single payment of 100% of the amount of the service, or
• Two payments of 50% of the amount of the service each. The second payment must be made before 15th May 2025. Español con Carmen will send a reminder e-mail before this date.
4. RESERVATION OF PLACE:the reservation of a place will be guaranteed after:
• Full payment of the total amount of this experience, or
• The first partial payment, provided that the second partial payment is made before 15 May 2025. After this date, if the second partial payment has not been made, the guarantee of the place will be lost.
• If the place is reserved after 15 May 2025, the partial payment will not be made.
5. REFUNDS: After payment of the booking, the refund policy will be as follows:
• During the first 14 days: the full amount paid will be refunded.
• Up to 30 May 2025: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• After 1 June 2025, no refund will be made.
In the hypothetical case that the Málaga mola! Summit 2025 were to be cancelled, ‘Español con Carmen’ will reimburse the full amount paid as a reservation fee.
6. PARTICIPANTS: this experience is only open to students of Español con Carmen and one accompanying person.
7. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: ‘Español con Carmen’ reserves the right to refuse a reservation for any reason. Should this situation arise, ‘Español con Carmen’ will refund the full amount paid by the participant.
8. LIABILITY: ‘Español con Carmen’ is not responsible for any kind of loss, theft, injury or damage, material or physical, illness or death, that during the Málaga mola! Summit 2025 experience that any of the participants may suffer. To this end, each participant will be responsible for taking out their own medical and travel insurance to cover these possible contingencies.
Each participant is responsible for their own physical condition, which must be adequate to participate in the activities included in the Activity Plan.
9. LEGAL DOCUMENTATION: each participant will be responsible for carrying all the legal documentation necessary to travel to Malaga (Spain).
10. AUDIOVISUAL RECORDING: for promotional purposes, ‘Español con Carmen’ may take photos and record videos during the activities included in the Plan de actividades document.
11. COHABITATION: the participant agrees to comply with the local law, as well as to respect the customs and traditions of the place. Likewise, he/she undertakes to respect the other participants and members of ‘Español con Carmen’, in order to ensure a correct coexistence.
12. MODIFICATIONS: The planning of the Málaga mola! Summit 2025 experience is detailed in the Plan de actividades document provided to the participant. However, in case of adverse weather conditions or other force majeure, ‘Español con Carmen’ reserves the right to make the necessary changes, but will always ensure that the quality of the Málaga mola! 2025 experience is maintained.
