Your 14-day right to cancel
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel your purchase, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673 and the consumer protection regulations applicable in your country.

Situations where the right of withdrawal does not apply
EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The following sections outline the cases that may or may not apply to this shop. Delete those that do not apply.
Digital content downloaded with the customer’s express consent
When you purchase digital content (downloadable files, streaming videos, online courses with immediate access, software licences, etc.) and expressly request its immediate delivery, acknowledging that, in doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period ceases to apply (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Express consent is obtained at the time of completing the purchase.
Services commenced during the withdrawal period at the customer’s request
If you ask us to start providing a service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you may still withdraw, but you will be required to pay us a pro-rata amount for the work already carried out (Article 14(4)(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Your express request will be recorded upon completion of the purchase.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
